This license covers the use and distribution of the
PSMSLib software library (hereafter "Library") and
all supporting examples, code, documentation, 
data, and other files included in the PSMSLib 
package (hereafter "Software"). The Library is 
a constituent part of the Software, and any 
provision that applies to the Software also 
applies to the Library.

This Software is the property of Klika d.o.o. 
Permission is granted to use this Software only for 
personal, educational, or research purposes. The 
Library may not be included in, invoked from, or 
otherwise used in any software, service, device, or 
process which is sold, exchanged for profit, or for 
which a license, subscription, or royalty fee is 
charged. The distribution and use of the Library in 
other software is permitted, provided that a copy of 
this license agreement is included with the distribution. 
Any use of this Software, either on its own or as a 
result of running other software that uses the Library, 
constitutes an agreement to be bound by the terms of this 
license.

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of 
any kind, either explicit or implied. The authors 
will attempt to provide email support for the use 
of this Software, but are in no way obligated to do so. 
In no event shall Klika or the authors of this 
Software be liable for damages of any sort caused by, 
or otherwise related to, the use of this Software, 
even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
